Shipping policy

Welcome to ZoomiPet! We want your pet's goodies to arrive quickly, safely, and with zero confusion. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on zoomipet.store. All prices and charges are in USD.
1. Order Processing
Once you place an order, our team and fulfillment partners get to work right away.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
- You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.
- If we need to verify payment or shipping details, processing may take slightly longer. We'll email you if anything is delayed on our side.
2. Shipping Times
ZoomiPet partners with trusted third-party fulfillment networks (including AutoDS and Spocket) to bring you a wide variety of pet products. Because of this, items may ship from different warehouses, and occasionally arrive in separate packages.
- Estimated delivery window: 7–14 business days after processing.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and high-volume seasons (holidays, Black Friday) can affect arrival.
- If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, please contact us at support@zoomipet.store and we'll investigate right away.
Multiple Shipments
If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages on different days. Don't worry — each will have its own tracking number.
3. Shipping Destinations & Costs
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Promotional free shipping offers will be clearly labeled.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after the label is generated.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you and your pet to love every order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return Window
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items (engraved tags, custom collars, etc.)
- Perishable goods (treats, fresh food, supplements)
- Used hygiene items (grooming tools, litter products, bedding once opened)
Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exception: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, ZoomiPet will cover return shipping. Please email a photo within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
For packages marked "delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reach out to us so we can help file a claim.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, your order may already be in fulfillment and we may not be able to make changes.
8. Privacy & Data
To process your order and improve your shopping experience, we collect basic order information (name, address, email, items purchased). Payments are securely handled by Shopify Payments and Stripe — we never store your full card details.
If you opt in, we send marketing emails through Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link at the bottom of any email.
We also use web tracking technologies (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Tag) to measure ad performance and personalize your experience.
California Residents (CCPA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. EU & UK Residents (GDPR)
If you're located in the EU or UK, you have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies only with your consent (where required), which you can manage via our cookie banner. To exercise any of your rights, contact support@zoomipet.store.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
This policy and any disputes arising from purchases on zoomipet.store are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your home jurisdiction.
